All the articles selected by the Scientific Committee will be discussed in the scheduled thematic tables. All articles
accepted will be displayed as posters in an attached exhibition and also published, as described in the Call for Papers. Every article must be ascribed to one of the three thematic fields.
Abstracts will have a maximum of 600 words and must be sent to the secretary before the 18th of May 2007 (only Word documents sent by e-mail). They must be written in English.
Acceptance will be notified to authors the 8th of June 2007, as well as the format chosen for their article (scientific article, poster or both).
Scientific articles will have a maximum of 3.500 words and will be sent to the secretary before the 7th of September 2007. They may be written in Spanish, French or English. Abstract, keywords, author’s information and short curriculum must be sent in English in all cases.
Poster must have A1 format and must be sent to the secretary before the 15th of October 2007 (only pdf documents sent by e-mail). It will be written in English, French or Spanish.
Articles and posters must strictly follow the instructions.
